The Aspire Awards are split into two sets of categories  for luxury agents and for high-end suppliers  to reflect the breadth of individuals and companies across the luxury sector.

All entrants to self-nominated categories will be expected to answer a set number of questions regarding their businesses. These can be found on the pages of each relevant award category.

Only agents who are members of the Aspire Luxury Travel Club are able to enter the awards, while supplier categories are open to luxury suppliers as detailed below.

Aspire will also recognise certain individuals in three special award categories – Outstanding Contribution to Luxury – Agent, Outstanding Contribution to Luxury – Supplier, and Aspire Supporter of the Year. These will be announced at the ceremony on December 13.

Agent Awards 

Open to any Aspire Luxury Travel Club agent that makes the majority of its sales via a homeworking model. Agencies entering this award should be able to clearly show their luxury travel sales, how much of their business is focused on luxury and their intentions to grow this. They should highlight future growth plans, details of their client base and their route to new clientele. Please answer each question in no more than 350 words, and avoid including your company name other than where specifically requested to assist with the anonymisation of the judging process.

Open to an agency who is either a dedicated concierge specialist or has a full concierge operation within their business. All entries must be from agents who are part of the Aspire Luxury Travel Club. You must be able to fully explain the level of concierge service offered by your business, whether this extends past travel, and how you cater to your clients post-booking. Supplier Awards 

Open to tourist boards who have a clear focus on serving the high-end sector. Entries should showcase a destination’s trade and consumer strategy to target affluent clients, the product in the destination that serves these clients and how successful the combination of both the implementation of the strategy and the product has been in delivering increased spend, longer stays in the destination and higher visitor numbers. At least 80% of the product from operators entering this category must be five-star and the vast majority of bookings should be with premium air cabin flights.
